Shipping

Please contact us for a shipping quote.  We will need your address and your order to determine the shipping.  Expect 2 to 3 weeks for delivery from the time we receive the order and payment.

To place an order please contact us via email (see our Contact page).  We will send you a shipping estimate.  We accept payment via Paypal, cashier’s check or money order made payable to NICK JOHNSON (personal checks are not accepted). Mail the completed order to the following address:

Residents of Wisconsin need to add 5.5% onto their total with shipping included. 

 

If you are living in the United States but not in Wisconsin and making your purchase via Paypal you will need to add an additional 3% onto the total with tax and shipping included.

 

If making an international order you will need to add an additional 6% onto the total with shipping included.
